StudentBuild Grants uses the information you submit to review your project application, communicate with you, and administer funding decisions.

Information we collect

The application form collects your name, email address, school or college, age group, project details, requested funding range, optional project link, application declarations, and the masked e-Aadhaar PDF requested by the form.

Why we use it

Information is used to review applications, contact applicants about their submission, administer grant decisions, and prevent misuse of the form.

Who can access it

Authorized program administrators can review application details. If Telegram notifications are enabled, selected application details may be sent to the private Telegram chat configured by the program. Uploaded identity documents are not sent through Telegram.

Storage and retention

Applications and uploaded files are stored by the website so the team can review them. Access should be limited to authorized administrators. Retention and deletion requests can be sent to the support email below. Availability of stored data may depend on the hosting service.

Children and sensitive documents

Applicants under 18 should involve a parent, guardian, or trusted school adult where appropriate. Upload only the masked e-Aadhaar PDF requested by the application form. Never upload an unmasked Aadhaar, passwords, or financial account details.

Please include your application reference ID when contacting support, but do not email identity documents or passwords.
